Nursing Admission Requirements
Admission into the degree program will largely follow the laid down rules and regulations of the College. The requirement will be as follows:
1. All interested candidates must possess a minimum of 5 WAEC/NECO Ordinary level credits in Mathematics, English, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry not in more than 2 sittings to be eligible for admission. Candidates with NABTEC results must possess the result in just 1 sitting.
2. All eligible candidates must pass the entrance exam and be successful in the interview.
Admission Process: How to Apply
1. Ensure you have read and met all the requirements before completing the application process
2. Ensure you have an active email and a reachable mobile number, as that will be used for all your verification processes.
3. Complete the admission application and make payment.
4. Exam will be in-person and not virtual. All candidates must write the entrance exam (Details to follow soon).
5. Attend the interview (Only successful students will be invited for an interview).
6. Accept your admission, make payment, and begin the registration process.
NOTE: A non-refundable fee of N20,000 only must be paid prior to submitting your application. All payments must be made through the school payment portal. Interested candidates must have a valid email address and a contact phone number for verification. All forms must be filled in correctly.
Duration of Programme for Types of Admission
The student’s length of education will depend on the program that he/she is admitted to. The General Nursing Education shall take a 6-semester period; the HND program will complete 4 uninterrupted academic years (8 semesters). ND in Nursing, on the other hand, shall require 2 years.
